What we provide
One-to-one maths tuition for children aged about 5 to 15, at home or online, plus daily practice worksheets in the Everstep app. Lesson length: [length]. Your tutor sets your child's starting point after a free assessment.
Fees and payment
Fees: [price per month or per lesson, in RM, including any tax]. There are no hidden charges. Payment: [method, e.g. bank transfer or DuitNow] by [due date]. We'll send a receipt for every payment.
Lessons, rescheduling and cancellation
- To reschedule, tell us at least [24 hours] before the lesson.
- Lessons cancelled by us are always rescheduled or refunded.
- You can stop at any time with [notice period] notice. Fees paid for lessons that haven't happened will be refunded [or credited].
Results
We work hard to build your child's confidence, habits and marks, but we can't guarantee a particular exam grade.
Using the app
- A parent or guardian must create the account and is responsible for it. Keep your password and parent PIN private.
- Worksheets and app content belong to Everstep Learning. Please don't copy or resell them.
- We may update the app and worksheets to improve them.
Safeguarding
For home lessons, a parent or guardian [must be at home] during the lesson. Tutors never contact children directly on personal social media.

Complaints
Tell us first and we'll try to fix it within [14 days]. Nothing here takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
